Very similar to mine!! Haven't chaged out the rear axle for the 4:11 posi yet though.. It's on the list!!

68panelman, I'm thinking of going back to the stock steering wheel.. Someone put a Grant wheel in mine. Not sure I like it.

I hate Grant Wheels. PO had one on my '71 GMC Jimmy. Once it came off in my hands while driving. Luckily he included the OEM wheel. When I got the original wheel back on I noticed how much better the truck handled. Also the horn worked!

1967 shortbed stepside with side mount spare. Original 283 and 4 speed. Only mods are 2" and 4" drop, 15x7 and 15x8 wheels. Has a '66 rear bumper, which actually looks pretty good. Sun visor is period correct, although I don't know how long it's been on the truck. I purchased it from the 2nd owner in New Mexico.

Mine just before I bought it. In a million pieces now. Slowly getting it back together. I feel more like a parts collector than a truck owner.

68 LWB original truck that was given to me by the son of the original buy. I got the original tilt with his dad's name still as the owner. Took it off the LWB to put a SWB under it. The color is the light green,white, brown(as in rust)a little yellow mixed into it and looks like primer red!

It will be stripped down to almost bare metal depending on how tired I get of sanding it then take and clear it.:chevy:

One I picked up a few months back.

Pretty crazy how nice it drives and how tight it feels. 106k original miles.
