Billett,
I dont think youd like the textured finish if you had my prob.-----the entire interior of my truck was done with that stuff-------Ive used two coats of chem. stripper on it and prob. 50# of sand in the blaster and still havent gotten that c #^& off.

My 70 GMC SWB we did with bed liner in the fender wells and firewall. Kind of a cool textured look but not all that different But the 72 K5 Blazer CST will be burnt orange firewall and inner fenders. The radiator core support is truck bed liner like the GMC.

Firewall will be red, inners and support will be satin black.

Here's a couple of my 72. Gloss black which looks pretty good.
I just picked this truck up about a month ago and still have lot's to do under the hood.:gmc2:

Yep, it does look good. Now all you have to do is get everything else up to that level! Have fun with your new toy.

All ready started gathering pieces. In the garage in boxes, Vintage air a/c, new aluminum valve covers and air cleaner. In the future, ceramic headers. It's a process.
