Re: Bringing up Stepside gas filler hose again
Thanks. Did not plan to ground the filler neck. The tank is grounded

Re: Bringing up Stepside gas filler hose again
Chris, I have one off of a 80 stepside, but the guy I bought the truck from cut the hoses off flush with the tank. Should be pretty easy to make work. Let me know if you need it.

Ok, the one I have is for the left side tank. I decided to just run a single right tank.

Re: Bringing up Stepside gas filler hose again
Looks like lmc sells one for both sides on the stepside for 73-78. Looking the website that sells the flexible lines had a review that said it was too difficult to work with. Leaning more on exhaust pipe bends with straight flexible pieces

Re: Bringing up Stepside gas filler hose again
I can't seem to find the filler hose at classic industries. Not sure why. This is not that old. Do you think this will fit

Re: Bringing up Stepside gas filler hose again
With the way the hose is routed it will be tough to use the exhaust pipe plan. And the flexible line is out as it sounds like it is really not that flexible. So I am going to buy two filler houses for the driver side. And cut one in half and twist it. It should work. Will keep you posted
