Does the Eaton H052/72 jive with the 4G50CA RPO [(SPRING, H.D. RR (VAR 1)]? Is it a 1 ton?

Why does it have a panhard bar with Leaf springs? and man, 2 big packs of springs. Hows the ride empty?

Man, that is cool! I've been looking at trailers to haul mine, but maybe I need something like this instead. Any idea of how much it is rated to haul?

Is there a GVW plate on the door jamb? Take that less the weight of the truck? I don't know if those springs are factory, but that's a place to start. I would think it's rated for at least 4000 or 5000 lbs. I hope. If not, I won't follow behind you very closely.

My plan was to restore it like this........with CST trim.

Cab and doors are ready. I have all the goodies including the buddy buckets.

Not factory. Some were ordered as cab and chassis and shipped to a coach builder. Mine was stretched to 200" wheelbase and then the bed was fabbed to fit. Very popular with the drag racers back in the day.
