I've seen this type of hinge for 55-59 trucks. Not sure if it is the same company or not but they look the same. The look was great but they don't open the hood as far as the stock hinge. Owner was pretty disappointed as far as the functionality of them.

They need to get it down to about half price, and half that bulk. Just my .02

At that point I'd consider buying some eventually
