Is the tail end threaded on those? Looks like it on the top one.

C- Series trucks don't have any terminal nut there.

I have one that's that length, and it's threaded on both ends.

That seat made one heck of a difference, I truly believe that the interior of a really makes a vehicle as far as looks and resale value. I bet a tan dash pad would really set it off. Great choice.

I fixed my wife's 21st Century car today, and it's true:
Ford really does hate their mechanics

In the case of dealer warranty work, you could say they love them. :smoke:

Needs gauntlets that cover his sleeves. I've had enough molten steel running down on me...

Real simple today. Wired in the dual needle PSI gauge lights for the airbags to the accessory ignition power, protected with fuse.

Are they like the ones on my Burban? I had one with a slow internal leak from the get go. (Which they replaced at no charge) Also they aren't the most accurate guages expect a 5lb or so difference from one needle to the other.

I never noticed on my '68 C/10. It had no threading on the rod end going thru the Clutch Fork.
Only the K/1500 Jimmy's push rod was threaded with a 1/2'' nut to retain it in the Clutch Fork hole.

So is it a stock thing -- K- vs. C- types are tapped? Or is it aftermarket, or DIY for extreme Four Wheelers?

Similar to that, yes. Has the paddle switches mounted next them as well. I'm unsure of the accuracy, but it does take a touch more air to keep the passenger side level.

Bled brakes again.
Good helper got a better pedal, still a little to much back brake but better with a Pv4 proportioning valve.

I painted the rear half of the frame. I should be putting the bed back on with the new wood in the next week or two.

Finished painting my frame and installed a new ps box from a 78 square on my 68 k10 short step. Will be dropping in my new crate 350 tbi/700r4/241c passenger drop combo next. Also debating whether to remove the clutch fork bracket on top of the frame or not. What do you all think, yes or no?

Not Today but on Monday night I got my fuse panel for my '35 a little closer to installing. Also updating the ignition switch and trying to color code the wiring. PO used red wires for everything.

Had a mouse urine smell while I was driving so today in investigated . The outer heater box was cut by a prior owner most likely to replace the heater core made my life easier by far . Found a little evidence in there and just a bit in the inside box . Blew high pressure air into the fan area and stuff came out the cowl vent . Removed the vent and found a big nest . Cleaned it out sprayed some Lysol in there and the smell is gone . I hate mice
