Thanks jocko. It was just a gb door at a swap meet That seemed to have a few unusual items listed so I took a pic for this thread. It looked too be a 67-68 gb door. The fella knew nothing of the truck it came from, I had asked him about the shoulder belts and he just shrugged. Oh well. |

Had to bring to top with laptop so I could find with my phone. Was looking for a decent glove box door to replace the one in my GMC. Here are a few more spids for you guys that dig these.
Haha, too funny. I actually took all three pictures with my phone in correct position for phone posting. Weird |

A Buddy of mine bought this truck and parted it out. I bought what was left after he picked it over. The rolling chassis, transmission, 327 engine and truck box.

Re: SPID Picture thread?
There are threads on OD, just have to do a search. I parted both trucks and sold the complete trans systems with all the overdrives stuff, even the cables and handles. Honestly didn't know that much about them.

I've been negotiating on a carport find for a while. I was finally allowed to spend some time crawling around it. I'm not sure how it's going to turn out but here's a cool spid for 35,000 mile truck.
They're not uploading, I'll keep trying. |

Here is my 1972 GMC Sierra SWB SPID. Was it common for a non-4x4 truck to have on-off road tires?

Re: SPID Picture thread?
I see alot of people have chosen to cover or protect thier VIN number. This is very wise and should be manditory. There are many scams involving misuse of others VIN numbers.
Be very very carefull Also... at car shows.... cover your Vin number. when selling your car on the internet, NEVER give out your VIN number or or an image of your title that reveals your VIN number or Title document number. Too too many scams. |
Re: SPID Picture thread?
Can't you walk up to most cars these days and just see the full VIN through the windshield anyway?
