I stopped by and took some shots of the progress my brother had made on my mom's '54.

Re: Mom's '54 project build thread
Yeah, I know. I made some expensive choices. Having my '54 gauges rebuilt, chroming my polished aluminum engine parts, cutting the subframe off and going with the must.II from TCI. They will be finished a bunch cheaper/sooner then me. I think if it were all up to my mom she'd drive it without paint, body work, A/C, and chrome. My dad's pushing for more of the finished look. They'll have a nice truck when they're done and I'll have fun cruising with my mom in our '54's.

Re: Mom's '54 project build thread
So my brother stopped by briefly on his way home with my mom's '54. Although it doesn't look like much has been done, the motor mounts are done, the trans mount is finished and the correct angle is set. It should be ready for dismantle for powdercoat soon. My brother will be focusing on the cab after that. Here's a few pics I got. Sorry for the quality, he was in a hurry.

Re: Mom's '54 project build thread
So I talked to my brother today.... My mom's truck is back at his place. It should be getting body work done to the cab soon. My mom told me she got some parts from Brother's in today. I'll get some pics when I get out there to my brother's place.
