Actually, the only time the little sammy caused the K5 to struggle was over that last hump in the video. The weight of the sammy really helped keep the rear of the K5 down and get traction.
I bet they were annoyed with the "land rover" line. |

All I know is, I hit ice today on a county road doing about 40 and I was trying to stop for about a half mile and blew a stop sign. I had to change my underwear...glad nobody got hurt.

Correct - truck is a beast. Originally a small block, now built 402 BBC. TH350, 205, 60-14 bolt with 4.56 and a detroit in the rear, 39.5 boggers. Not sure on the lift height but it has springs front and rear. It's his grocery getter. Wheeler is a YJ on rockwells and 44's.

Here's mine last weekend. It was its first time in the snow (since i got it), and I definitely need to invest in a limited slip or locker, and tires, and... :) It was awesome none the less

Snowed again here. Got to drive in it today. I miss snow driven. Its the only time you can do burnout from every stop light and not get a ticket for it.:metal:

Snow wasn't exciting, but the temp was -20 and the windchill was -40. The joys of working outside! The ice was about 10" thick.
In the last pic I had just hit a bump and dumped a whole bale in a pasture I had already put hay out in. |

sticky white stuff. just barely freezing and sticking to the side of the truck. absolute worst to drive in.
