Truck-Lite LED's - fit any 7" opening & are 12V - we use a 24V version on all of our MRAP vehicles in Afghanistan & they are BRIGHT!!!!! Also tough as heck so they should last me a LONG time!!!

I'm impressed with the power in that thing.......wow. Jealous! I'm going to have to check out those specs again at a later date.

So was I man!!!! Was actually amazed - not sure what I actually expected it to be, but never thought it would pull like that at all.... It should get even better with a proper exhaust & complete tuning on a dyno to optimize it all!

Sorry this is a PDF, but here's the rear bumper design that Keven came up with for me. Think it looks pretty good & WAY tougher than what I have right now!!! The holes on either side of the license plate (which isn't what mine will be) are for the trailer plug & the jumper cable quick connect.

He should have cut it out today & will get it welded up this week so hope I get picks to post up.

Worse yet, that's half the cost of the VisionX LED light bar on the front push bar... But. On the plus side I won't have ANY issues seeing at night in this thing!!!

Of course they are expensive! The military uses the 24V versions!

How bad will it be for the traffic coming towards you? I've always wondered that about these truck lite LED's.

Ugggg.... Today is the day I get back on a plane to head back to Afghanistan - this sucks!!!

Knew it had to come though... Been a good vacation home & so happy I was there for my SOn's graduation & enrollment in College! Also got to see my Daughter have her piano recital & of course all the work we did on her truck while I was here was GREAT!!!

Boys in college & Daughter needs braces so it's back I go no matter what - hehe!

Keven hasn't sent me any pics yet of the cut-out & welded up bumper, but hope he does by Friday. Keep checking back as I'll be posting again once I get back to my base like normal.

I'd hate to see the diesel longhorn and the 77CC go head to head like that. It would be historic tradgedy!

His 77 may be on the road first, his already runs. At least he can do burn outs! I have to do push outs. :waah:

Keven & I went back and forth a little bit to come up with a little better looking & tougher design for the rear bumper - think we hit it pretty good this time!!!

He added a nice little "kick out" at the bottom center & also dropped it a bit closer to the receiver hitch so there wasn't that large gap.

He's going to try to do a "fold down" license plate deal to conceal a small compartment to hold my air & jumper cable quick connects so they aren't visible normally which I think will make for a nice effect if he can get it done that way!!!

And here's where we ended with my Daughter's truck... Not nearly as far as I'd hoped, but due to a snafu with the leaf spring bushing order I couldn't get the driver side spring mounted so I could get the axle mounted up solid...

We did get the fuel cell mounted up in place luckily. Oh well, there's always next time home!!!

Your bumper looks awesome! Nice progress on your daughter's truck. It's coming along very nice.

That is definitely a mean looking bumper! How close do those vertical plates get to the tailgate?
