It may be that your email got burried in his inbox. He is also a seller on eBay. It sure does not take long for emails to get forced the bottom. I'd try emailing him again. I am sure it's a simple oversight or maybe he got hit with the cold/flu bug going around this year.

I had to file a claim with paypal after no response from seller. I guess something catastrophic happened as the first set I bought arrived no problems. I hated doing it, but cannot see throwing away $25 to be nice.

Again Steve, I sincerely apoligize for that. As I said in the PM, we had your order marked as shipped and it was not. I have not been in the shop much over the last few weeks, and did not catch the mistake. I completely understand you doing what you did after not getting a response from us, there is no hard feelings there.

I have been dealing with medical issues within my family, my father (David) came down with a bad case of the flu over the new years and then had developed atrial fibrillation; which is where your heart is out of rhythm. I was raised to always put my family first, and that is what I have been doing with my father. As most of you guys know, I'm the person that all of you wonderful guys deal with; and I have not been in the shop very much in the past few weeks and have not been on here in that time period either. We had another of our employees taking care of our eBay account, but I'm the one that takes care of you guys. My Father is doing good now, and seems to almost be back to 100% so things are getting back to normal.

I sincerely apoligize to any of you guys who have had an issue, or needed to get a hold of us and didn't get an answer. We are back to normal operation now, still a bit behind due to my absense over the last few weeks; but we are back to stay! I hope you guys can understand why I haven't been on here!

Thanks,we really appreciate hearing this, we try to make the best quality product possible,and these straps are made with aircraft material which is a higher quality than automotive

Hi,
Your order was paid for on the 31st last Sunday.
Was shipped this week with tracking number, you should have gotten a tracking number emailed to you from pay pal.
Your tracking number says it should arrive to you on the 8th which is tomorrow.
We do not post any tracking numbers in the forum, we can give you the tracking number in a PM, or you can go to your paypal account and get it.

Most of my ground straps were missing or broken. Installed all of them except one. Do you have a picture of the 10" installed noted in the instruction #4. (the rear bed mount/rear crossmember) Since this one is missing I'm having a tough time trying to figure out where it goes. Hear's pics 4 of the 5 straps mounted.

Update...added picture of last strap mounted on right rear bed rail to frame.
