The one I have is not original paint. It has the holes for trim .

Bud, I may be able to scotchbrite the shine off it, this may work if I can't find an original paint one. Especially if I can get at the dent from the backside.

I'm going out to the shop right now to confirm that it was the factory bronze. before the repaint.

OK I checked my shop, looks like I put them in my storage trailer, I will check the original color on Tuesday. Going to the Twins home opener tomorrow so no playing with trucks until Tuesday.

Nice.... I can remember who it is, but someone was collecting take off tailgates to decorate his man cave. He showed a picture once and he had a bunch of nice tailgates... :lol:

Eric, those holes in the bottom inside of gate are rust holes? It doesn't look too bad on the outside? I bet I could repair that fender and get close enough color match on the front cup that painting it there might not be noticeable.

Joe, still thinking on that one, we ended up not making it back through your area. If nothing rust free pops up, may still grab that one and patch that odd spot on the inside of that one.

Anything rust free out there? The rest of the truck is and I'm in no hurry....
