76 Chevy 1/2 Great Shape 27,xxx ORIGINAL miles OHIO

Who's looking for a classic? A friend of mine is selling his truck. His dad ordered it brand new, and kept it as a second vehicle that was hardly ever driven. Both his mom and dad have passed away in the last couple of years, and he really has no need for it. He hates to sell it, but he lives in AZ, and the truck is here in Ohio. It is truely one of these vehicles you dont find very often. You can see the options in the picture of the plate. It still has the 2 original front tires on it. The rears are snow tires that were put on years ago but he still has the 2 original rear tires if the buyer wants them.
You can either post here, pm, or email me at commagic@bright.net I have a good bit of pictures, and can take whatever you want to see. David (owner) is here in Chillicothe this week. He would be happy to talk to anyone that is interested in it while he is here, or after he goes back to AZ. He is asking $7000. The pictures speak for themselves. |
Dang that thing is perfect! :O

WOW, a mid-seventies Chevy in Ohio that has lasted that well is rare, indeed!!!!!! Obviously, it was garaged the entire time!!!!
That seems like a great price for it, too!!!! Wish I had more money and garages space!!!! Misled |

That's one clean truck.........should sell fast..

It is really nice. Its not perfect, but could be 100% with very, very little. Its a vehicle that was used, but really taken good care of. It has a few (very few) minor blemishes (just light scratches and such), but no dents/dings or anything like that at all. I noticed that the passenger door has been repainted, but David has no idea what happened to it. He was really disappointed when I showed him. He said his parents never mentioned anything about it, and of course, there is no way to find out now. It doesn't look like the cab, or the bed was painted, just the door (and the only way I could tell was there is some overspray on the weatherstripping where it was masked off). And it matches perfectly, so it was done right. A person could put new rubber on it, and would never know it.

I'd take that thing in a heartbeat if I had the money :( Maybe Jeff, Ken, Chris or someone else can grab it and keep it.

Thats a truck to keep pampered. I could not have it cause I would want to drive it every day. |
