Motion of the ocean

I've got quite a bit of body roll, when I hit dips, bumps, uneven spots in the road my truck is like a boat in the ocean. It rocks and sways, I can't imagine what it loks like to oncoming traffic. What will fix this? I don't have a sway bar so that maybe would help. But I have a 6" lift will the swaybar work with the lift? I am also planning on crossover steering soon will the swaybar interfere with that? Also could it be my shocks?

Thanks Albie

Sounds like soft springs and the shocks are shot too.

could be some body bushings are soft as well

Yeah I need to get some soft ride springs, I've got some superlift and there pretty stiff. As far as the body bushing there all brand new polyurethane.
