I'll check on the shipping and As far as I know the door will fit any of the years between 67-72. In 72 there is a screw for the wing window.

how much after shipping to 75044 for the passenger side inner fender?

depends on who you are shipping through. UPS and FedEx both have estimates they do on their website.
