5 Attachment(s)
Here you go salt belt truckers….
This will be one of the cleanest cabs around for sale that will make your rusty 67-72 project much easier. The cab is still mounted on the chassis with the front clip attached less the right fender and bumper. The bed and rear axle are also gone. The truck is a 1500 2wd long bed that had a 305 V-6 and a NP435 trans. The Good: Rust free cab still wearing the original paint Clear Colorado title High removable transmission tunnel. Cab would work great for a 4x4 or 4x2, auto or manual No body filler anywhere Doors rust and dent free Cab corners perfect Rocker panels perfect Hood rust free (GMC letters still on hood) The left front fender, hood, quad head light grill and radiator support all convienatly mounted on the cab and chassis for easy hauling. Chassis still has the NP435 manual trans mounted in it Truck driven in a state where road salt is not used Last registered in 1991 and stored in a dry climate The not so Good: Non-A/C cab Many holes drilled in the doors over the years to accommodate different mirrors Small surface rust spot on driver’s side floorboard. Radio mounting surface has been hacked out to accommodate an aftermarket radio Windshield cracked Dash pad very cracked Missing right front fender Missing fuel tank Missing heater control head Missing front seat Small dents in left front fender (repairable) Manual brakes Manual Steering $1300 for the cab and chassis with front clip or $1100 for the cab only. Truck is located in Pueblo, Colorado. May consider delivery for an added fee depending on your location. Please PM me if you are seriously interested. Over 200 views and nobody wants to travel to the southwest for a clean cab?

I want it but alas I have no cash. I want to get a cab some day with a floor shift for my 68 project. I even have family that live in Pueblo. Of that family I have an Aunt and Uncle that live right across the street from the fair grounds.

Sh!t, to this day I have never seen a cab like that. Every cab in this state has the cab corners, rockers, and half of the damn floor rusted away, and in some cases even a portion of the firewall. I'd love to have a cab like that, I wish it wasn't so far. I probably have more than you're asking invested in patch panels, wire and C02/argon.
