brake pedal rebuild kit?

I`m working on my 68 project and I was dealing with the brake booster stuff today. I removed the old master and was going to mount the new booster braket stuff when I noticed that my brake pedal was very stiff and would not return. After removing the whole bracket assembly to get a better look, I found the shaft that goes through the pedal was a little rusty and the hole that it goes through it rusty as well. The plastic sleeves seem ok. Is there some kind of a rebuild kit for these or do I just use some fine emery paper to knock the rust of the shaft, bead blast the pedal, and then use grease or anti seize on the shaft for lube and rust stopper? Any suggestions before I procede to ruin my parts, lol? Thanks.

clean those metal sleeves up with scothbrite and lube the pivot points with hi-temp grease (light coat) and you should be fine....esp, if the plastic bushings are in good shape. I wouldn't bead blast the pivot parts...make sure the spring is in good shape and has tension on it.
