Rare? 69 C20 Custom Camper Longhorn 350

I was at Waffle House & one of the cooks had a nice (probably 10 yr old restoration) 69 C-20 Custom Camper Longhorn w/ original 350. Full gauges, I didn't see the other options. Nice original trip all around.

Is this a rare find?

I thought that all longhorns where one tons, but I could be mistaken.

na some 'horns were 3/4

ttt for ya

Most were 3/4 ton trucks, but they are all on a one ton 133 inch wheelbase frame.
1969 saw the highest production of longhorns with 8797 3/4 tons being built, with only 2457 one tons built.
The Custom Camper option package seemed to be a popular one in 69, but no production numbers and the 350 was a common engine in everything starting in 69.

What does make it cool, is it's a pretty clean ride, and even in 'bama these trucks tend to rot out a bit.

The rusty gears in my head are turning, but I need to finish my '70 LWB before buying anything else. Arrgh!

Thanks guys for the info.

if it is avalible, affordable, and the wife is understanding....get it and stash it away for the next one to go under the knife. Clean trucks are getting harder to find, and if this is what you actually want...you may be hard pressed to find another.
