Shorty headers on a 72 BBC?

Anyone using shorty headers on a BBC truck?

Ask superchevy, he has all the info on that exact thing. He wound up using some kind of GM car BBC headers. He'll have pictures.

I used Sanderson 3/4 length headers for an early Chevelle P/N BB3. They're 1 7/8 diameter primary tubing w/a 3 or 3.5" collector.

These fit w/only very slight trimming along the pass side frame rail (about an 1/8") and I have factory 68-71 GM towers & motor mounts. They actually fit w/o trimming but I figure a big block is going to move around a little & I wanted a little margin for safety.
