Finally got a set of 68 factory buckets for my burb.

Got them from Bill Athey. They are in great shape. The foam is all in good darn good shape. I already stripped all the metal bare and will POR 15 and paint the front and back frames this weekend. When I get a camera for this new computer I will post pic of progress. I have some really rare options on this truck can't wait 'till its show ready.
Got a motor for it also. I decided not to go with the 383 stroker and found a 327 ? 307? OMC marine engine that is in EXCELLENT shape dirt cheap. Going up tomorrow to get casting # to find out for shure and to make sure the clutch(bell) housing will bolt up. It is a temp motor but it may be a keeper. I will probably pull it next year and either rebuild or replace it.

Yeah, the marine engine was going to be a temp and rebuilt later for another project if it was a 327. but it turned out to be a 307 2bbl instead of a 327 4 bbl. So, I am in the market for another motor. ,...
