Another proportioning valve questions
Hey all:
I couldn't find the answer to this question on the threads that I read. I changed the front to disc and i bought one of these new brass proprotioning valve. I read that I can connect the front brake lines seperately to the valve or I can just use of the the outlet and use a T fitting in the line. Is this correct? If yes, what are the advantages of disadvantages of each rout? I don't know if I could verbalize my question right! Thanks |
Re: Another proportioning valve questions
I have noticed that around 76 & up the P-valves used the 2 front lines from the valve, but they where mounted on the front crossmember. I don't know exactly when they changed the line routs, maybe as far back as 73?
71-72's have the single line that T's near the front crossmember and had the single front line from the P-valve which as we know was mounted near the MC. |
