Wiw??? Rust Free 67 Small Window Cab

wanting some opinions as to what you think this cab might be worth? All original metal 98% rust free, very little surface rust in a few spots but everything is solid. Both the doors are very solid and shut and align perfect. The only thing negative about the cab is some moron that put exhaust on the truck bent the inner edges of the cab corners up instead of running the pipes where they belong.I'm trying to decide whether to use this cab where all I have to do is prep and paint or to go with my big window cab that needs rockers, one cab corner, one cab support and some metal work around the fresh air vent area.thanks Mike

Re: Wiw??? Rust Free 67 Small Window Cab

I`d give $500 for a decent cab like that.Big wnidow/small window is a matter of preference more than value.I`d have to see the floor to be sure.Is that rust in the rocker?
If you`re considering including the doors,I`d go $850 for the package if the doors are real nice.
Although alot of truck cabs have rust, panels are available to fix it all. So,people have to weight tearing a truck all the way down, paying for the replacement cab & hauling/shipping,prep,swapping parts against replacing the panels in the original cab.
Then, there`s weighing to cost of just buying a truck that is already solid and skipping a boat-load of bodywork.
If you decide to sell and a price, let me know.I need a`67 cab for a scratch-built`67 GMC project.

Mike, if that was my cab I would either leave it on the 67 I was restoring or buy a 67 to restore just so I could use that cab.
It would be very tough to put an accurate price on it, you just don't see many cabs in that shape, and definitely not small windows.

thanks guys. No that's not rust on the rockers they are solid just poor pics taken after dark and the paint is scuffed up from all the years of use.The floors are also solid with no rust.I'm about 98% sure I'll just use this cab I just wasn't 100% sure about the small window.thanks for your input. Mike

I too would be interested in it if you decide a price, I'm needing one for my 67 4x4. Thanks Randy

Small window rust-free cabs are almost impossible to find. Just in case you're wanting an A/C cab, I'd trade my California small window A/C cab for a non A/C one..............Zoomy

Thanks for the input. I think all your comments made me decide to use the 67 cab for sure, I was already leaning in that direction. If for some reason I would change my mind I'll keep all you in mind.thanks Mike
