Can anyone tell me what the chalk along the top of the firewall means? It reads 'CE10934' and a little further to the right outside of the pic is a 'R' . Looks llike something from the factory but I could be wrong(it happens alot, lol).
Also here's a pic of my brother's burb. |

Last pic is of me and my youngest child out of 3(also my only daughter). She was in the NICU at the time and having to fed out of the tube in her mouth. But all is fine now and you would never guess she was almost 6 months premature. |
Re: Pics of trucks
Whose "project" is that in the last pic???

Re: Pics of trucks
the chalk writing is a partial model number.
CE10934 C 2 wheel drive e V8 9 1969 34 Fleetside bed. |
Re: Pics of trucks
Hmm. Wonder why it would have 9 for 1969 when it is a 68.

Re: Pics of trucks

Re: Pics of trucks
ahhh, Thank you very much. So is my guess that they wrote that on there on the assembly line, correct? I figured it was a code to tell the plant workers how to build the truck.

Re: Pics of trucks
Hey moneypit, where did you get that headliner? I was looking to fab somethin k, but that would be so much easier!
Good looking trucks you have there. |
Re: Pics of trucks
The headliner was bought from LMC Trucks a few years ago. I dont know if they still sell it or not. I need to buy a replacement for the middle piece that holds the head unit. Some thieves broke into my a truck about 2 years ago and ripped out the headunit and broke the craddle.

Re: Pics of trucks
i was looking on the lmc website and they still have them....i think i might get one of them cause i've been trying to think of a good way to mount speakers and a head unit in my truck without it up.
