Help with back cab paint trim

How do you remove the back cab paint trim and can it be reinstalled with original
clips or what is best solution.
Thanks

it's held on with plastic clips...you can try to reuse the old clips.. i would buy new..our board vendors sell them..

So just a little pressure with flat head or something. Are they glued?

The clips are held to the body by metal studs. After you get the trim off the plastic clips just slide off...
