I am putting my truck back together and can't remember where this goes. What is it? what does it do? and where does it go? Thanks

I believe that is an anti-dieseling relay and itis mounted under the dash close to the heater blower switch.

Looks more like a horn relay goes near the fuse box,,,,,,,, dieseling relay no go

It is definitely not the horn relay. The relay he has pictured is part of the TCS wiring harness with an inside relay and a couple of smaller relays on the outside.

There is a good chance that someone along the line has removed the TCS harness and other related items.

This one always was hot and always power to it. I leave it unplugged. Did hook it up for the pic. now its unpugged. Larry

The relay he has in his hand has only one mounting hole, the a/c blower relay has 2. I agree with the old transmission spark control relay. Just throw it in a box. I took the wiring and relays for the tsc out years ago from both trucks as they had long since been abandoned. If you find one still hooked up and working that would be an oddity. Hope this helps.

The one he shows in the picture I have , its hooked up by the fuse box, horn relay? I guess I don't need it , I actually found another one in my pile of parts from a diiferent truck I took apart.Thanks for the help guys!
