Im thinking about putting in a posi ford 9inch in my 68 fleet side, the guy im getting it from owns a machine shop, so drilling the axles to 6-5.5 not a prob, the ? is will the axle be too long.the gm 12 bolt is 57" from flange to flange (measured from inside) the 9" is 59 3/4 ya think it will hit the lips of the bed. tire size 295/30/22 wheel size 22 9.5 med off set
