Electrical Gurus-HELP!

Hazard lights do not work in a 69 step. All turn signals with headlights on and off work properly to include brake lights. Truck has a Painless Wiring kit and Flaming River column and the four ways worked when installed. When I push the flasher button in, nothing happens; no clicking of the relay or any turn lights illuminate. It does not matter if the ignition switch is hot or not. I pull the blade fuse, (which is good) and with a test light to ground, the left spade where the fuse goes in is hot (ignition switch off). I know the silver, round relay is good (two came with kit), but it isn't clicking when the hazard switch is in. The horshoe terminal is tight from the column to the wiring harness. I have not pulled the horn/steering wheel yet, but I am assuming that is my next step; any ideas?? I'd just finished a rear bag assembly with sway bars front and rear, wanted to test ride, now this. My safety sticker is good until August sooo do I wait until inspection time OR chase the gremlin now??? I HATE WIRING GREMLINS!!!!

Do you have both flashers installed? One is fot signals, other for 4 ways.

Check the circuit from the flasher to the lights for continuity. There has to be a load to make the flasher work.

do you have a good ground at all the ground straps and try another flasher just because it's new don't mean it can't fail. thats my two guesses since you said it did work when first installed good luck
