WTB - Glove box HINGE and SUPPORT ARM

My extras are missing! I need one straight glove box door hinge, and one support arm (with the two mounting screws if possible, but not necessary).

Please post here what you have, and the amount shipped to Fort Collins, Colorado 80524.
