rusty flaking finish on grill?
 

Hey all,

on my GMC, the bottom bar between the amber lights is quite...ugly.

i know that steel wool can take some rust out, right?

but. what would you reccommend on this spot? maybe a light sand, prime and paint? -shrug-. i'm dumb founded.
