Swapping my '69 to front disc, what do I attach the flex line to?

My '69 dosen't have the little bracket on the crossmember to attach my front disc flex line that runs to the calipers. What do you guys suggest I do to resolve the issue? The '71 I pulled the hard parts off of is gone. Can I use the one for the drum and move it or am I screwed?? I have the ability to move it and weld it if it will work..any ideas would be great!

I cut the brackets off the back-side of the x member and then tacked them on the front.
