.....angled shims that go under the leaf springs for correcting pinion angle? Mines like 5 degrees off and I'm sick of my teeth chattering on the highway.:lol:

dont want to thread jack but how low does a truck have to be before shims are needed mine is 5/5 want 5/7 with 20's do i need shims or not................o yea 85 gmc sierra

Hard telling, it's really easy to check your angles though. Just get a 10 dollar magnetic angle finder from the hardware store and check the transmission angle, driveshaft angle and pinion angle. You want ~5* pinion angle with leaf springs and the trans and pinion angle should match.
