help with 67 c10 a arms

Had stock height but truck leaned to drivers side, had front coils cut and now that the truck is in peices the drivers side is half inch lower than passenger side but its all the way down the truck. The upper a arm on the drivers side is almost perfectly parallel to the ground while pass side is at almost stock angle. Any help!!

Springs are 40 years old. Buy some new lowered springs and be done with it.
