Seller didn't notice the front clip had been swapped out... it's a non a/c truck, bit interesting that it was a 4 speed and not a 3 speed.

Heres the Craigslist add. Hope you can see it through all the junk. It looks like its been a shed for awhile. The only rust is behind the rear wheels.
$600 bought it. I bought it for the body. I have a running 72 K10 burb that the body is falling off due to rust. I'm planning on slipping this on the chassis of the 72.

I located about 8 panels in my search. The one that I want, I'm second in line. I'll find out more sunday. Its a nice 1968. Nice interior, hitch with brakes, rallys 350 4sp.. How much?.........$1500.
Still hoping for it!

Re: Cheap - Little Rust - Panel - CA

It left Fontana at 3 pm Thurs. my time and is going to arrive Sat. 10 AM -12 noon. 2800 miles. They are really moving. I have to get out and make some final parking arrangements this morning

Re: Cheap - Little Rust - Panel - CA

so... did it show up? Any pics? Was it on top of a 3 car ramp/wedge trailer towed by a white daulie?

Re: Cheap - Little Rust - Panel - CA

Yep! That was it for sure. It was pulled by a white Dodge 4 door dually / 3 car ramp trailer. I had it parked in my driveway by 2 pm. Sat. Three days and 2800 miles after it left SoCal.
Its kinda blocked into the driveway between my already too many projects, but it has jumped to the front of the line. I'm gonna lose the body on a rusted 72 4wd suburban and put the panel body on the frame. I'll take pictures and post them as I do the swap. Stay tuned!!
