How do you wire in blinkers/high beams with Autometer gauges?
I just put my new Auto Meter gauges in and noticed I have no blinkers now...
I saw on another post that you can get some LED's...but how are they wired in?? |

A little more info. Did you put the gauges in the original dash? Did you plug the harness back into the gauge panel? The blinker lights plug into the circuit board on the gauge panel.

I used the original panel (for now) so do I wire them into the plug on at the bottom of the steering column?? If so, what is what on that plug.....
Oh yeah it's a Tilt Column, I think out of a mid 70's truck. |

I found the correct color of wire for each, turn, and high beam and then spliced into them using leds. There is a wiring diagram in the faq I believe.

I think I used this but some of the colors are wrong if I remember right. You can use a test light by probing the wires with the turn signal on.
