aftermarket parts

Who makes the best aftermarkert parts? I am getting ready to buy some body parts as well as interior parts and would appreciate you guys opinion.Has anybody had any dealing with the Truck Shop in Orange Ca. or Bowtie Bits in Wichita Ks? I live on the east coast so I would prefrer something closer because of shipping. Thanks.

Truck Shop has great stuff for the most part. But since you live on the east coast, shipping will suck. look into the vendors here on the board. They are a LOT more knowledgable than the big companies out there.

Both our suppliers for body parts and interior parts are in the east half of the country. We could drop ship to save shipping costs for you.

I've bought quite a lot from the Truck Shop over the years. I think if you spend more than $250 it's free shipping......They also come to the "Truck Nationals" at Carlisle, Pa. in the 1st week of August.

Re: aftermarket parts

The truck shop from Cali are a good group of guys at Carlisle show but they only carry small interior parts or large shhetmetal (good for no shipping prices) but I have heard that their customer service over the phone in cali isn't that good.

I'd go with a board vendor, as stated.. there are to many to name. You should make a trip up to the Carlisle,PA spring, truck and fall show though... lot of stuff and some with our truck parts..

BTW, a lot of sheetmetal parts are made by the same companies, just sold through different vendors. not all are though...

Well if you are willing and can drive to Bristol, TN or Maggie Valley, NC you

could pick it all up in person from Tim @ www.christiansclassics.com :smoke:

(He has a toll free #, gives board discounts, and he lives in the NE tip of TN)
