Late model motor mounts 2wd

Is anyone useing motor stands and mounts from a 73-87?What mods are needed?

I have seen and heard of ppl using 73 - 87 mounts. IIRC, you have to drill a couple of holes in the xmember, that is all i recall... BTTT for you, someone knows more than me about these.

I am using them. 73-87 style. They work great. I bolted the mounts to the engine first and then just set the engine and trans in the frame. Drilled some new holes and bolted her down.

Did you use the existing top holes?
