3 on the Tree question

It's been years since I drove a 3 on the tree. What's the shift pattern again?
Hopefully going to go look at a '68, waiting to hear back from the guy.

first gear pull towards you and down
second push up towards the front
third straight down
reverse pull towards you and up

hope it helps

R 2
"H"
1 3

This is the "H" pattern from the end of the shifter.Take it thru the crossbar easy since many will hang if you try to shift too quickly. You can adjust and lube that out of them usually but for a test drive......
