Your local community college. I took a body and paint class and painted my Camaro myself in a rented booth. Used PPG base clear and color sanded and buffed it out.

Re: Body work info?
Does the local highschool have auto shop and any equipment, such as a compressor? Maybe you can borrow their stuff? Talk to the shop teacher, maybe he can make it a class project and have the kids watch you, help you? Also, I bought one of the "paintucation" videos from Eastwood and its pretty good. Shows you how to do everything.
