what are the things to check for in a 69 burb
what are the bad spots for rust to check for
frame issues ?
other than a jasper 350 and a 3rd row seat that all the info I have to go one
going sunday to check it out and possibly buy it
quick help needed

check:
all around the drip rail
both rear bottom quarter panels
make sure windows are good (hard to find)
liftgate and tailgate (hard to find)
rockers

basically inspect the whole truck for bad rust. some is ok, the areas i listed are usually the most common rust areas, but try to pull up the carpet to check the floor. its hard to know unless you start tearing down.. good luck and be sure to post up some pics!!

got a few pics they sent me body is straight all the way around hood and cowl are the only repaint some damage above driver tail light has barn doors all glass is good no fog small dent in pass fender /grill rocker look great

My 68 spent its life in the NE and it was saved only because one of the po's sprayed a bunch of undercoating on the undercarriage.It still has some rust, but not as bad as most that I have seen from this area. Check underneath on the backside of the rockers,the cab mounts and especially at the spare tire well and definitely if you can get a peek under the carpet in the kick panel areas.They are the biggest problem areas.Check the bottoms of your barn doors too. Check carefully inside and out around the windshield pillars and that area of the roof nearby. Very common rust area that is difficult to repair. Another common area is where front floors meet side kick panels. Bottoms of all doors. Good luck. Hope it's good and you get it.

yeah I passed on it rust damage all the way around the body
outside looked good but whole floor was rusting off of body at all panels
