Front End Problems

Somebody hit my truck and I think it may have been a tour bus. I parked it with my passenger side tire turned right. In the morning it was knocked in and my fender dented. I've been driving it to work even though the signals and column are out of wack. The biggest problem I have now is that when I back up the wheel likes to lock up. When I looked at all the parts they appear fine except for maybe the inner tie rod end.
Any ideas?
