Does anybody know if these wheels will fit on a 1970 Chevy 3/4 ton? I have drums at front and back.

Thanks.

Yes, you'll need new lug nuts though. The 1991 truck has metric lugs.

I have them on my 67 Chevy. As previously stated, you will need to replace the lugnuts to get the caps to attach. The stud size is different on the 67 from later models. So you have to get the right size lugnuts. I bought mine on ebay, but you can also get them from a parts supply store.

the 71-72 3/4 ton should have a newer style lug (thread size) than the earlier trucks, right?

67 - 70 trucks had 1/2 inch studs.
71 - 80-something had 9/16 inch studs
then it went to metric, probably a 15 mm, but that size is pure speculation.

14mm. 88 and later on the "new" body style trucks. Not sure on the "old" body style trucks through 91. My 86 dually has 9/16 lugs. The other posters are correct that the 70 and earlier has 1/2" lugs.

Heres a couple pics of my beater 72 GMC K20 with the wheels on it. I had to get dually centers to clear the rear hub and machined the fronts out for the 4x4 hubs but used the regular 3/4 ton center caps on the front

why would you have to get differnt lug nuts? The wheel studs arnt part of the wheel/rim.The studs are part of the brake drums.I can see getting acron or mag or even longer or shorter style ones.Thread size you shouldn't have to change.3/4 ton trucks ford, chevy, and dodge the rims all interchange. You might have to modify the hub part of the rim.

You have to get the special lug nuts because they have external threads for the black plastic covers to screw onto to hold the center in thats all that hold the center in place without the special external threaded lugnuts you can't install the center
