Its been my experience that they are pretty much par for the course as with any aftermarket patch panel I have used. I have never gotten one from anywhere that was a perfect fit or didnt need tweaked in one way or another. I most recently used one on my 96 3500 and it wasnt too bad to fit and weld, metal was decent.

I recently bought some inner fenders, and they are about the same quality as other after market pieces.. cant complain for 38 each......

Thin tin. Triplus are heavier. I can not attest to the fit. WES

Yes if you want the best quality out their Triplus is the best to go. If its just a work truck and If you are doing lowered or modify the suspension and have to cut them up I would use the Certifit. As far as fitting they both fit the same and have the same problems.Maybe Triplus fits a liitle better, kind of hard to say. I don't think I ever had one that went on without some work. We have installed both on most all of these trucks. If you want to have the best quality available in aftermarket ,Triplus

There is a Certifit store here in Salt Lake, in fact I believe it's their home office. I havn't got to the part where I need new stuff just yet, but the no shipping charge is a big plus for me. I do need some various patch panels and I'll probably check out their stuff when the time comes.

Yes thats sometimes the problem with them on these years. Here in Houston they don't always have them and most of the time they have dents in them which for a shop it negates the cost savings to have to fix them. If you have a Keystone nearby they are offering parts now for these trucks. The problem with inner fenders is that they ship truck freight and that usually kills a sale unless its a large order.
