Thanks for all the comments. It's feels good to finally start putting some of it back together. This board has been very useful. I used degreaser, powerwash, a wire cup and wheel, to clean the parts. Nothing too detailed, just removed the grease and penzoil frosting. I used POR-15 on frame and control arms. Some spots have flacked off where I was installing (e.g. The new ball joints did not want to sit flat so I had to persuade the corner. Most of the silver parts are new, primer, and rustoleum rattle can. Same with the firewall. Some of the items I should have never painted prior to install. I'm just not that delicate during reinstallation. Not sure how it will last but it should slow down the aging process. :-)

I think your after shots have shown a good eye for detail. I like that everything is not just spray painted all black. With all new suspension, that truck will ride and handle like a dream! Again very nice job!;)
