454 core for sale
 

I got a 454 core motor. This motor has standard bore so it hasn't been rebuilt. It is a 2 bolt main motor. It is currently at my rebuilders shop so I don't have the #s. its from a mid 80s rv.I found a small block and had him do it for me instead since it had everything with it.
I have two sets of heads with it. They will need rebuilt also. Would like it to be picked up but I can meet you somehere if you cover my gas. I'll offer the buyer other big block stuff if he passes I'll post it up here.

The valve covers in the pic are not included. I already sold those. The ones included are stock.

lone rife i am very interested what all do you have for this block, i need another engine to build before my small block goes caput. i just bought that sway bar about a month ago from southern c10 so i am sure we can work out something on delivery or gas if the block and heads are good.

I'm not sure what you are asking about so I'll just try to tell you what I know the motor has and what parts I have to make it work.

Motor. block 2 bolt main,rods and caps,crank,pistons,peanut heads and higher flowing 3820 heads. valve covers,new oilpan. No intake or carb or pulleys or ps brackets.

I want to sell the motor first and let the buyer pick from the accessories list what they want so they are not for sale right now. I will let the person pick what they want then I'll sell them later. Theres probably more this is just off the top of my head.

- nos fan shroud,exhaust manifolds and pipes that turn back,fuel pump, starter heat shield,ps remote reservoir with hose,flexplates one for 400 turbo only and one with dual bolt pattern for t350 or 400.upper alt bracket for 72style, 1''drop big block springs,

The accessories! Is the NOS fan shroud for a 69-72 BB chevy truck? If so, I'd like to be first in line to buy! How much? Thanks, Dan

Would you be interested in doing some trading on a virgin 400 sbc 2 bolt complete minus valve covers? I have had this motor in the garage for quite a few years and my buddy came over a week or so ago and wanted the finned valve covers for his Rat Rod or it would still have the factory valve cover's. I have been saving it to build for a Camaro project but I have decided to start messing with big blocks after I got my '69 Chevy truck. Thank you

I picked it from my rebuilder yesterday. Its still all apart so you can see its in good shape.
