C20 8 Lug Disk Brake Conversion--Brake Pads??

I am pretty new here and recently picked up a '68 C20 with a disk conversion all the way around. The guy I bought it from didn't do the conversion and didn't know much about it. Where do I start to try to figure out what brake pads I need to get to replace the pads? What about the rotors?
