New Drip Deflectors

I finally got around to putting the new drip deflectors on last Friday. We had a decent rain on Saturday and it didn't seem to get inside. My left knee may have a happier winter this year.

I put a generous bead of black RTV silicone on the inner half of the deflectors before I put them on. It seems to be a good seal.

I haven't put mine on yet. They go under the weather strip and I already glued it on. Think I'll wait until the glue is acting crappy then do it. Hope they keep you dry and pics would be great!

Here are the pics.

You can put them on without taking off the weatherstrip. I didn't move mine. In the second picture you can see that there's really not much contact between the weatherstrip and the drip deflector. The third picture shows how I left the RTV kind of fat where the gap is between the windshield frame and the top.
