looking for someone to smooth my aluminum intake, i dont need it polished just smoothed, anyone know a place to do this ???

Find yourself a comfortable bench and stool then start grinding! I did 95% of mine with a 3" angle grinder. When those pads wore out I cut them down and used my cut down mandrel base (3 to 1.5) and this allowed me to get into the tighter places.

Beautiful. I started grinding down my block. already got rid of all the flash and started smoothing all the sharp areas (that aren't contact areas ;) )

Some advise......only do the top of the timing cover area, the front of the heads and the water pump. This is the only areas that really show after you get everything bolted up. This will save you a ton of time!
