That pic is a full dropmember setup, but it isn't required to run the arms. Just use the correct ball joint for your spindle.

They build just about any a-arms you would want.
Stock, narrowed, for all C10 trucks, 1/2 ton thru 1-ton.

Like previously mentioned,... that picture is attached to a Dropmember, to allow the front to lay out.
Their a-arms can be bolted to stock front crossmembers also.
