Process for Ball joints, Idler and Pitman arms

What's the starting to finished process on replacing the Ball joints, Idler and Pitman Arms. Which comes first or does it matter?

I like to do BJ's first.I usually have a harder time with them and try to get them out of the way first. There was a good vid of the BJ process on here but I didn't find the link in a quick search.
