'99 Vortec 350 in '67?

I came across one for $500, and I thought to myself it may be a good swap. My uncles '97 350 Vortec has 275,000 miles and still runs great. How much trouble would this swap be? I'd use my 400t tranny.

if its just the block and heads, real simple. all you need is the vortec specific carb'd intake, electric fuel pump, and roller cam compatible distributor gear and you are set to go. everything else bolts right up
